Besides creating “FoldBots” to affordably form our Sustainable Produce Containers, we’ve created versions for other Kliklok applications like these for a company in Europe. Our patent-pending tabletop folding robot design is a fraction of the cost of an expensive full-size Kliklok folding machine ($100,000 for a new one). Custom quote for any Kliklok FoldBot would be a minimum of $10k.
The Dual FoldBot shown here is engineered to fold two Kliklok container sizes with similar footprints, differing only in wall height. With a quick five-minute changeover, it seamlessly transitions between both sizes. It can function independently in manual mode or integrate into a larger robotic system through an 8 pin connector, utilizing vacuum control for container placement and removal.
