Live Microgreens Sustainably Packaged for Maximum Nutrition

Delivery only in the Northern Kentucky area during limited times of the year, minimum order of 2 items for free delivery.

Microgreens pack an impressive nutritional punch, offering concentrated levels of essential vitamins, minerals, and amino acids compared to their mature vegetable counterparts. Varieties like broccoli, rich in antioxidants and sulforaphane, and kale, a complete source of vitamins A, C and K as well as minerals like calcium, iron and potassium, make them excellent for boosting immunity and overall health. Easily add these super nutrient-packed vegetables to your meals without all the prepping.

Our fresh microgreens, sustainably grown, are packaged in our easy-to-recycle Sustainable Produce Containers. Open the front wall and using a knife or clean scissors, cut them as you need them for maximum nutrition! We recommend keeping them out on the counter and misting the roots for a couple days but you CAN put them in the refrigerator to slow the growth (keep an eye on them to see if they need to be watered). If you won’t be eating them in 2-3 days, go ahead and cut them all anyway and seal them in an airtight container and you can keep these cut ones in the refrigerator up to 10 days. Rinsing is optional since we use no chemicals and these are grown indoors. Sprinkle over soups, salads, sandwiches, eggs, pasta, pizza, etc!  When you’re done you can compost the grow mat and recycle the box or compost them both!

Flavors (availability may vary from week to week, let us know what you like and we’ll make sure we have it for you): Broccoli, Cabbage, Kale, Kohlrabi, Peas, Spicy Radish, Sunflowers
